Spaver does not guarantee that information on the website www.spaver.nl is accurate, complete, or current. Any information on www.spaver.nl may be changed without prior notice.

b. Information through email

Customer e-mail contact occurs via info@spaver.nl. spaver does not guarantee that the content of this e-mail is accurate or complete.

c. Information provided by the customer

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate information necessary to complete a purchase. It is also the responsibility of the customer to keep such information up to date.

art. 2 Purchases

a. Online purchases

All purchases made on www.spaver.nl are for personal use only. Not for resale or other commercial purposes. We have the right to refuse orders without any explanation, provided such refusal complies with applicable anti-discrimination laws. We reserve the right to limit the number of items purchased per person, household or order.

b. Payments

spaver accepts payments through a tWhird party PSP. By placing an order, the customer guarantees that provided payment information is correct. spaver is not responsible for any errors that occurred in processing customer payments.

art. 3 - Products and refund eligibility

In case of damaged, missing, or faulty products, partial or full refund eligibility applies. The state of the product is assessed after customer support was contacted using the customer support form on www.spaver.nl. This refund may take form as a replacement product or cash, using the buyers’ chosen payment method.

art. 4 - Shipping

We only ship within the EU, shipping fees apply. In case of damage, missing products or other errors that occurred during shipping the customer is eligible to receive replacement product(s) or refund of the order value.

art. 5 - Sales tax

21% VAT applies to all products sold on www.spaver.nl.

art. 6 - Returns

Returns are only possible within the legally mandatory 14-day reflection period after receiving your product. The returned product must be in the same condition as received. The product may only be tried on and thus not show any signs of use or be altered in any way. If the product shows any sign of wear or is altered, spaver has the right to deduct the diminuition in product value from the refunded amount. Shipping fees for returns are charged to the customer.

art. 7 - Refunds

spaver aims to refund within 10 working days of receiving a returned or defective product. The customer may receive a full or partial refund of the product via the chosen payment method.
